**Jerry's Bio:**

Jerry, a proud Milwaukee native, was born and brought up on the Southside of Milwaukee. As a first-generation Hmong American, he is the youngest of six siblings. His parents, escaping the Vietnam War, migrated to the United States in 1979. Currently, Jerry lives in Dousman with his wife, Lee, their four daughters, and his mother. As a family, they cherish the joys of the outdoors — from swimming and playing sports to traveling together. Jerry's sports passions lie with the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and Milwaukee Bucks. Additionally, he is a devoted hunter and fisherman.

**Jerry's Journey:**

About 13 years ago, Thrivent came into my life when I tragically lost my father to Leukemia. As he was a member of Thrivent Financial, I stepped up to navigate the financial waters for my family in his absence. That period taught me the profound weight of our financial choices, especially in how they affect our loved ones after we've departed. This personal encounter with financial intricacies led me to a realization: while there's a wealth of financial resources available, many of us remain uninformed about them. Being part of the sandwich generation, I've often found finances daunting and a challenging topic to approach. My motivation now lies in witnessing people attain success. Therefore, I'm on a mission to connect with many in my community, eager to impart the wisdom I've amassed — from personal experiences to my professional insights as a Financial Associate with Thrivent.
