With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Dr. Tonya Michaelle Hill—also known as Simply Dr. T—has become a respected voice in leadership, personal development, and communication. She devoted 25 years to the ACN network marketing company, where she and her partner led an organization of tens of thousands of independent business owners. Their efforts generated more than $75 million in sales and earned them recognition in Success from Home Magazine ten times. Tonya has trained audiences nationwide, speaking to groups as large as 20,000 and mentoring countless individuals in business and personal growth.
Community Builder
Dr. Tonya is a former President of the Avon, OH chapter of Business Network International (BNI), part of one of the largest referral organizations in the world. Her dedication to building strong connections earned her recognition as Networker of the Year from the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, along with features in Cleveland Magazine. In 2021, she was highlighted again for hosting safe, socially distant networking events with the Power of More Chamber of Commerce, representing more than 1,600 members.
Education and Empowerment
A Milwaukee native and graduate of Marquette University, Tonya continues to give back to her community through education. She founded Simply Dr. T to help entrepreneurs, professionals, and students develop essential soft skills such as adaptability, communication, and emotional intelligence. As a certified soft skills trainer and vendor with the Milwaukee Public School System, she equips high school students with practical tools for independent living, including public speaking, financial literacy, and leadership skills.
Inspiring Purpose Through Service
Dr. Tonya currently serves on the Board of Gee’s MKE Foundation, whose mission is to provide support and resources to community members facing mental health challenges. This cause is deeply personal to her as she cares for her 32-year-old son who has been diagnosed with a cognitive learning delay and schizophrenia. Her ongoing commitment to service and advocacy reflects her belief in empowering others through compassion, understanding, and purpose.
