In the heart of Milwaukee, Fit4YouMKE is redefining what wellness looks like—combining fitness, nutrition, natural body care, and community empowerment into one impactful mission. Founded by dynamic husband-and-wife team Rob and Jolie Brox, Fit4YouMKE has evolved from a mobile fitness service into a full-fledged wellness hub, marketplace, and movement for healthier living.

A Journey Rooted in Accessibility and Purpose

Fit4YouMKE began in 2011 as Fit 4 You, Traveling Trainer, offering personal and group training sessions directly to homes, schools, churches, and community spaces. The goal was simple but powerful: bring health and wellness directly to people—wherever they are.

As the business grew, so did its offerings. In 2014, the Broxes introduced nutrient-packed smoothies and juices, and by 2017, they launched their now-beloved Lavender Lemonade and Whipped Lavender Shea Butter. These signature products reflect their commitment to whole-person wellness—supporting stress relief, skin health, digestion, and mental well-being using all-natural, vegan-friendly ingredients.

Fit4YouMKE Marketplace: A Wellness Destination

With support from the 2022 InvestMKE Bucks + Hennessy Grant, Fit4YouMKE opened the Fit4YouMKE Marketplace, located at 6007 N. Teutonia Ave. This welcoming space offers a curated selection of health-conscious products, including:

Lavender Lemonade (bottled and gallon-sized)
Whipped Lavender Shea Butter
Smoothies and juices
Organic personal care products

Visitors can shop in person Wednesday through Saturday or access delivery and shipping options. Each product is crafted with intention and wellness in mind, supporting a lifestyle rooted in self-care and balance.

Empowering the Community, One Connection at a Time

Beyond fitness and products, Fit4YouMKE stands as a champion for Milwaukee’s communities. The Broxes organize Black Business Pop-Up Saturdays, giving local entrepreneurs a platform to shine. They also manage the Marcus Garvey Garden Project, a community garden dedicated to providing fresh produce and fostering neighborhood connection.

Their marketplace is more than a storefront—it’s a meeting ground for education, collaboration, and upliftment. Through workshops, events, and community-driven initiatives, Fit4YouMKE continues to build a network of wellness advocates committed to sustainable, inclusive change.
