The name Yeeshan (颐膳舫) captures the spirit of the restaurant’s vision. 颐 (Yee) represents nourishment and well-being, 膳 (Shan) signifies fine cuisine, and 舫 (Fang) evokes the peaceful imagery of a boat house on the water—a symbol of balance and serenity inspired by Wisconsin’s lakes.
